Barloo Stud is based out of the historic Telyarup Homestead, in Gnowangerup, Western Australia in the Great Southern Region. It is owned and operated by the House Family, Richard and Cindy and their three children: Timm, Holly and Fraser. 

The property covers 24000 acres in an area of 350-400mm rainfall, with the enterprise mix made up of commercial cropping as well as a commercial and stud merino flock. The land use is roughly split 50/50 cropping to sheep. The sheep flock joins approximately 10000 commercial ewes and 2500 stud ewes.
